Accessibility Statement

Version: 2026-09-07.1 · Effective Date: September 7, 2026

Our commitment

PropertyPro Florida is committed to making our platform — and the community association websites we host — usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do

  • Design system standards. Our interface is built on a shared design system

with defined requirements for color contrast, focus indicators, touch target sizes, and text alternatives for images and icons. Interactive elements are built to be reachable and operable by keyboard.

  • Automated testing. Accessibility checks run automatically against parts of

our interface as part of our development process.

  • Contrast guidance for association branding. Community associations choose

their own brand colors for their public websites. Our website editor evaluates those color choices and warns administrators when a combination is likely to fail contrast requirements.

  • Semantic structure. Pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions,

and labelled form controls so assistive technology can navigate them.

Where we know we fall short

We would rather be specific than reassuring.

  • Automated testing does not cover every page. Our automated accessibility

checks cover part of the interface, not all of it. Areas outside that coverage have not been independently verified.

  • We have not completed a full third-party audit. Our conformance claim is

based on internal testing against WCAG 2.1 AA, not an external certification.

  • Association-supplied content varies. Community associations upload their

own documents, images, and text. We cannot guarantee that a PDF uploaded by an association is accessible, or that alternative text supplied by an administrator adequately describes an image.

  • Association brand colors are advisory, not enforced. When an administrator

chooses colors that fail contrast guidelines, we warn them — we do not block publication. A given association's site may therefore fall short of AA contrast.

We are working to close these gaps and will update this statement as we do.

Requesting an accommodation or reporting a barrier

If any part of PropertyPro or an association website we host is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. We want to fix it, and we will also help you get the information you were trying to reach.

Please tell us, if you can:

  • The page or web address where you ran into the problem
  • What you were trying to do
  • What assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using

Our commitment on response: we will acknowledge your message within 5 business days, and we will tell you what we can do and by when. If a fix will take time, we will provide the information you were seeking by another means — by email, by phone, or in another format — in the meantime, at no cost to you.

Association records and alternative formats

If you are a member of a community association and need an official association record in an alternative format, contact your association directly — the association is the custodian of its own records. If you have difficulty reaching them through the platform, contact us at the address above and we will help.

Third-party content

Some parts of our platform rely on third-party services, including payment processing and embedded maps or documents. We do not control the accessibility of those services. If you encounter a barrier in one of them, please tell us so we can look for an alternative or provide the information another way.
